I found it difficult to buy lampshades that complemented my home décor, so I decided to learn how to make my own.

I offer a wide range of drum and coolie lampshades in a variety of fabrics and sizes. My current stock is available on Etsy:

Lampshades can be made for ceiling pendants, table lamps or floor lamps, with optional bronze, silver or gold coloured linings.​
​
Suitable for 28mm British or 40mm European fitting​s, standard shades are lined with a flame retardant white PVC which has passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association.
​
The use of low energy bulbs is recommended as they require less energy and are cool to the touch, avoiding potential scorching.
